I’ll be taking part in the Rubber Ducky Festival in Bellaire this Saturday, 10-4. But I won’t be able to float down the river with the duckies. 😥#rubberducky  #artsandcrafts  #michigansummer

PLUSES AND MINUSES

Glad to be back in Arizona. On the plus side: the temperature in The Valley (aka Phoenix) is to be 74 degrees today. On the minus side: the weather qualities just below hazardous– not the best for someone like me, who has a couple of lung issues from an early childhood fungal infection, which scarred my lungs.

We loved visiting our kids and grandkids in Michigan and Ohio. That was, of course, the plus side. On the minus side, the temperatures ranged from -3 all the way up to a balmy 15 degrees.

My husband and I flew from Arizona into full on winter in the Midwest but the pull of the grandchildren remains strong.  Happy New Year to all!
